Complaints procedure

Stolp+KAB is committed to happy relationships. That's why we are always working on the quality of our services. However, sometimes misunderstandings can happen or mistakes are made. If you are dissatisfied with one of our employees, about our services or otherwise, then we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. We take your comments seriously and where possible we will find a suitable solution.

Face-to-face conversation

Many times complaints can best be dealt with face-to-face. That's why we advise you to contact your contact person from our organization. If you don't have a regular contact person, or are unable to reach him or her or don't want to for any reason, then you can contact the responsible partner or branch manager. You can find their contact details on our staff page.

If you are still not satisfied, then you can submit your complaint in writing to the Executive Board of Stolp+KAB advisors and accountants. You can send your letter to the "secretariaat van de maatschap": Charlotte van Pallandtlaan 24, 2272 TR Voorburg. Your complaint will be processed as soon as possible. In any case you will receive a letter of confirmation within a few workdays.
