Junior assistant-accountant - Voorburg

As junior assistant-accountant you will get the opportunity to combine work with your studies. You will acquire knowledge and skills under the guidance of an experienced professional and will soon get to put these into practice. You will work for various SME clients from different industries.

What will you be doing?

As a junior assistant accountant you will initially be involved in administrative activities and putting together simple annual financial statements. This helps lay the foundation for further development within the accountancy profession. As a young professional you might not have very much experience yet, but you have a lot of other qualities! 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a pro-active, enthusiastic accountant. You are at the start of your career. You've got courage, perseverance, you're creative, result-oriented, have good communication skills and can work in a team. No previous work experience is necessary for this job. Do you already have job experience? Then you also fit the bill for this profile.

Job requirements

What we expect from our new co-worker:

• 0-2 years of experience as an assistant accountant;
• An affinity with automation;
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping;
• Preferably enrolled in a finance education program;
• Analytical and meticulous;
• Strong client-oriented and communication skills;
• Awareness of new business opportunities;
• Pro-active and innovative attitude.
